1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Adlense Network's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Adlense Network provides marketing, creative, and technology services as described on our website. Services are provided on a subscription or project basis as agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule (monthly, quarterly, or project-based)
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary materials, access, and information
• Ensure all provided content is legally compliant

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables
• Adlense Network retains the right to showcase work in portfolios
• Pre-existing intellectual property remains with respective owners

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adlense Network's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
